I worked as the Social Media Manager for this client. They had an existing Facebook page, but no activity. I developed a plan and created voice for the page. I linked the Facebook page to the Twitter account so both social media accounts would have activity. I was sure to respond to comments and request for user-generated content (post images, ask questions, share information). I was responsible for live Tweeting from the organization's fundraising and community outreach events.
