My old personal website back in 2011 was one of my favourite.
With the implementation of HTML5 & CSS3 in Firefox, Opera and Chrome, it was fun to discover all news tricks to be more user friendly (except for IE...) !
Tools & languages : CMS SPIP - HTML5 - CSS3 (including responsive content) - Photoshop - huge amount of hours to increase browsers compatibility.
My code was clean and already responsive in 2011 !
Yeah, it worked perfectly !
