Sage is a happy monster that enjoys all the good things in life. He gets really sad when other people or animals are scared of him, because he looks like a monster. Sage goes through life with his best friend Willow the whale. Willow is a big whale that lives in the ocean. Sage lives on land but can live under water as well. Sage and Willow have the best time together. Their favorite thing to do together is surf while Sage stands on Willows back.

Sage has many friends on land and in the water. Therefore, there is something a little unusual about him. Sage has one very important job to do every single day. Sage creates the sunsets. Every day, towards the end of the day, he chooses the colors and the spots for the most beautiful sunsets. Sage lives to make people happy and this is the best way he knows how. Often times, he has Willow help him and together they make the most beautiful sunset that has ever been seen.
