This project began with the task of creating a space near the colleges that allow teachers invited to stay near them. We planned 6 small studios, next to the 'green' canteen, with a lounge / living space and a common laundry area, taking advantage of a vacant building. Each studio was divided into two floors, to cope with the scale of the surroundings, so the ground floor would be the access area, kitchenette, living room and patio, and upstairs the bedroom, reading area and wc. The view of the habitant was directed to the city, to a green area and to his private courtyard.
