Still using the vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, salt solution, but took the operation outside. Peracetic acid (the combination of vinegar and peroxide makes it) is actually much weaker than the acetic acid in vinegar, and the 5% and 3% concentrations in the two liquids are pretty minimal, but why not eliminate any hint of toxicity? My aim is to bring this down to the toxicity of painting watercolors.

But not good for school situation, which is what I'm researching for. Has to be VERY nontoxic. Until then, drypoint and monotypes for the kids.

Study I've been working on since Monday, 9.16.13. Plan to make a drypoint of the subject, either a Transfiguration or an Ascension.
Since I'm working on plexiglass and it is transparent, I printed a reverse laser print, so the drypoint comes out the way I drew the original study.
