This is a video I had to make for a class module compiling all of the work I had done for 4 weeks. The video contains the user journey map for opening the bank account, the empathy map, the personas, and the combined user journey map. I tried to make the video flow naturally from one topic to another, with the background images being images of the works I had been doing for 4 weeks.
