Go for Growth Campaign
Go for Growth was an internal campaign at Avenue Code to show all employees the importance of having a feedback culture, reinforcing how it could help them grow.
The idea of Arthur Fonseca (the company's Career Advisor) was to teach about better ways to give feedback and ask for it with a series of webinars and emails.With that in mind, I wanted to reinforce with the identity the idea of taking notes and highlighting what's important—in that case, "going for growth". The lettering was used as an email header and as a gif for Google Chat.
