The designers & stakeholders struggle to get design sync in banner deliveries, sometimes the brand restricted with their design guidelines which limit the designer's creativity. In the end, some creatives also not gelling with the platform.
It has been discussed many times with me how to come up with this situation or is there any Better Banner Design Guideline System?
It's very subjective and completely depends on the situation, we could try to maintain by doing a template-driven approach which helps to control and maintain consistency.
