This project continues my exploration of parametric trees algorithmically grown using a model that attempts to simulate the processes governing tree structure. If you look at trees in old growth forest, or even in urban parks and gardens where they haven't been overly attended, you will observe some very striking forms - twisted and asymmetric. A tree is an ecosystem of opportunity and failure. Much of a tree's shape is determined by twigs and limbs that attempt to survive and fail.
