Kalina residence is a high end closed community property development that offers spacious terrain surrounded by nature and excellent connectivity to the capital city of Bulgaria. The residence project offers luxurious real estate to a carefully selected elite audience that wants to build their dream house at the right place.

The goal was not only to develop a complete identity for the commercial communication purposes of the project, but also to craft branding that represents the future owners of Kalina residence.

Hand stitched booklet

This booklet was developed as a limited edition item that contains the key parameters of the projects. In order to create a sophisticated tactile experience we used a variety of luxurious papers with different textures, combined with hot foil stamping and letterpress. The 100 copies were hand stitched using a fascinating Japanese technique. We wanted each of the perspective home owners to feel the quality that Kalina residence has to offer.
