KEFIR POP - IDENTITY & PACKAGING DESIGN
Kefir pop is a fruit-flavored carbonated drink made from moringa tea and fermented Water Kefir. The name of Kefir Pop itself comes from Water Kefir combined with the word 'pop', to represent as the popping sensation of soda. Kefir Pop is more than just a regular soft drink; it contains probiotics and antioxidants that can increase human immunity and digestion. Therefore, Kefir Pop is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages without damaging their health. Also, Kefir Pop can be used as a healthier and safer substitute for other carbonated drinks. There are 3 variants of fruit flavors in Kefir Pop: cantaloupe (blewah), water apple (jambu air), and mangosteen (manggis).
The identity concept for Kefir Pop as a whole, is to depict a fun and fresh visualization. The consideration of these two keywords is also aimed to attract the attention of consumers, especially young people, such as students between 12-20 years old. Moreover, the concept is also trying to visualize the sharpness sensation of soda. Therefore, most of the characteristics of the visual elements are sharp and pop, like explosive elements.
The logo itself is simply reflecting the spirit and excitement of young people by creating a pop, contrasting, and fun visual impression. The use of orange as the main color of Kefir Pop is also intended to give a friendly and fun appearance. The letter "O" in pop, is replaced with a leaf character, as a representation of Moringa leaf tea. In which, this leaf is used as the basic ingredients of Kefir Pop.
