Yokai Waluigi
Yokai is thrown around a lot in video games and anime so I used that Japanese word as influence for a Yokai Waluigi; nice and demonic and evil-er. Enjoy!

Using a free VHS Action from Adobe's Create website I was able to make numerous retro versions and choose one I liked to merge on top of the original drawings. Those mixed versions can be seen in another project on my website, just go back to the visual gallery to see it.
