People in the informal sector's have access to water through the self installed pipelines, and this has caused people in the formal sectors to end up coming this side for water.
Water is currently a scare resources in most communities the Vaal triangle, parent have to travel 200 meters to fetch water, whereas living their taps in their households. The Emfuleni has been failing the community for over decades now
