“Our blends support your hectic lifestyle.”

Evive believes in giving fast food a different take as a healthy food. The target consumer of the package seems to be adults, probably millennials. It its targeted towards consumers who want to eat healthy, and probably working people on the go. The modern look at the packaging implies it is meant for young adults. They believe that each fruity cube is a brick that will build a strong body, a healthy mind and a better world. Evive’s positioning is, natural, fast, healthy, efficient, and helpful.

Weakness of the Evive Packaging

The main weakness of the package is un-eco friendly use of material. There is an unnecessary amount of plastic inside the package that is all single use, and the bag that contains it is also plastic. It is also it not resealable. And the direction of how the smoothie works is a little unclear. The smoothie block package, are plastic as well, and it is also not sealable, as there is a plastic seal that does not close.
New Concept
By changing the packaging to a ice cream carton style:
- Minimized all plastic.
- It now has a resealable package.
- Has an eco friendly packaging that also work well with the smoothie brand, because its all about healthy natural ingredients.
- Ice cream package like, with individual pieces and made with sustainable paper with wax lining.
- Ice cream carton — 100% compostable, iced with starch based material, High temperature tolerant so suitable for hot foods such as soup but can also be used for cold foods such as ice cream.
- Compostable cardboards with starch lining, the sleeve will be recyclable.
-Starch lining from wood and starch from for example potatoes or maize potentially can fulfil this function just as well as plastic
- Using soy based ink to make the recycling process easier for the sleeve paper.
