Description: I took a poem written by the musical group Shinedown and used typography as a form to express the poems overall meaning and story. The tree and bird graphics were created using words from the poem in a typography design without the use of any strokes or lines. I wanted to convey a "dream" like emotion in a visual form to express the meaning of the poem.

Description: Part of a standard business stationary package including a personally designed logo, letterhead, envelope and business card, each including my "KS" logo. The tiger graphic and tribal graphics within the logo were created using a Wacom tablet.

Description: An originally created, art inspired, magazine layout. I designed two cover issues, a three-page spread including one advertisement, and a table of contents. The covers and the table of contents feature the magazine spread about the Belgian symbolist painter Leon Frederick. I experimented with multiple typefaces, type sizes, images, colors, and arrangements of the magazine elements to create a complex and unique layout. "Innovation" alludes to my originality and unique concept design.
