OVERVIEW: This is a small sample of the visual merchandising I completed whilst working for Country Road. My role was to implement new floor plans based on Head Office direction, sales analysis and stock levels on a store by store basis. These floor moves were set up across NSW for new season concept, promotional & sale events, showcasing the Womens, Mens, Accessories, Child and Home ware range.
