Quadrillions of avatars generated on the fly from many layers of custom artwork, each mintable as a non-fungible token (NFT) on Ethereum.

Avastars was a ground-breaking project in that it was the first NFT to place both the artwork and metadata on the blockchain. And it does so in a space-efficient manner that makes it a good blockchain citizen. 

It has a scroll-to-earn mechanic that allows anyone with an Ethereum wallet to earn ETH by finding interesting Avastars and consigning them to the Global feed. When someone buys an Avastar from the Global feed, they pay a little more for a finder's fee, which the finder can cash out at any time. 

I built the user interface, the backend services, and the smart contracts. The project saw over 1M USD in volume over the first six months of operation. The contracts are fully documented and passed a rigorous security audit.
