A collaboration with fellow local musician, Bakti Khair - I designed the album artwork for his new single hit, 'Boleh Diam Tak' (loosely translates to 'Can You Shut Up' in Malay).
The song invites us to reflect upon one of the most talked about technological anxieties of our time. A world where we are completely dependant on social media. Each of us chases after validation upon validation. We project our best, most enviable selves onto Instagram and Facebook feeds, only to turn into entitled, likes-dependant, hyper-sensitive critics. Hence, the songwriter urges people to Boleh Diam Tak (Shut up) and reflect before hurling unnecessary critiscm.
