In celebration of Memphis' bicentennial, a photo contest was introduced to shine a light on the creative talents of our employees. Over 200 submissions were received, and 12 finalist were chosen and recognized during an annual appreciation event. Each winner's artwork would be professionally printed and framed for display in the corporate office. 

Conference rooms were transformed with drapery, floral arrangements, scents and refreshments offering an inviting escape and reminder to make your personal wellness a priority. A free15 minute chair massage was available to all employees and located conveniently down the hall from their workspace. 

Inspired by Hilton's Meet with Purpose program, employees met furry friends from local rescues while they enjoyed local favorite, MEM Pops. The event highlighted recently promoted employees and strived to say thank you to everyone for the efforts they put forth in their work, career and community.  

Food Trucks Thursday was a new benefit I was excited to launch. I worked with local vendors to coordinate a different offering each month so employees could explore the culinary treats the Mid-South had to offer.
