Poplar : Site Visit

This is the first time of our groups to visit Poplar, we started off at Billingsgate Fish Market at 9am, by the time we get there the market was already closed but we were granted a permission from a security to enter the market, we were hoping to see another aspects of the normal operating hours and some activities behind the closed doors, such as when they packed up, clean up and closed their stalls.  

Then we went to Poplar Docks

We finished our search around Poplar council housing area ,where the famous Belfron tower is located. We also went to Poplar work, a community studios and working spaces for local businesses. This area is a second option for our Poplar's project, In my own opinion I found the area was less interesting, there were only fews buildings in a good conditions but less appearance, However, the Belfron tower is still renovating and will not be finished untill next year.
