Label for a new product - Moisturizer.
As part of my work, I was responsible for selecting the packaging and designing a label for a new product under the Touti Cosmetics brand.
The Marketing Strategy was developed based on over 100 points of sale across Brazil. To ensure a positive customer experience, three key actions were implemented:
• The creation of a dedicated box specifically for the new product.
• Offering product trials to potential customers prior to purchase.
• Establishing guidelines for sellers on how to present and discuss the new product, including appropriate attire and communication.
Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, the company was unable to implement the "Customer Experience" process as planned. However, they were able to produce the label for the new product (below).
