This is a Calendar design project created specifically for boxing fans. Boxing events are always scheduled very far in advance and has no set season sport wide. These long term and widespread dates lend themselves to needing unique calendar design. The large numbers on the left are flipped for the date and resemble the cards used to show the round number. The month displays on the right show a photograph from a famous fight from that month in history. Below holidays, upcoming fights (in red), and past historical fights (in black) are shown in the justified, wood type poster style all fight bills used to be done in.
