As part of a digital revolution for Personal Group; a leading employee benefits provider in the UK, I was asked to get involved in the launch of a new product. 

Prior to this project, Personal Group provided their clients with a physical brochure that gave their employees information on each benefit they had available to them, from pension information and holiday allowance, to discount schemes and wellbeing initiatives. 

My brief was to work with the project team and developers to digitise our offering by way of a templated website and app that could have the client’s branding applied and provide an easy to use home for all employee benefits.
