Project began by scanning this sketch I received from creative director. At this point I decided that an illustrator vector file would be the best final file so that resolution wasn't a problem if the logo needed to be blown up drastically. I placed the scan in an illustrator file and began working the bezier curves to fit the sketch. After several back and forths with the creative director and client to decide on colour ways and typeography the final file can be seen below.

Colour gradations and line widths, type manipulations and pantone choices all tweaked, here is what the final logo became a few days after I received the sketch above. This file was used on the door and windows of the pub. Awninigs, menus t-shirts etc. The illustrator file proved very versatile.
