台 is a personal project that celebrates my hometown Taiwan.
The identity 台, is a Chinese character that represents Taiwan (台灣).

I created a series of posters and apparels to tell a story about Taiwan using a unique geographic illustration style. Each poster features a different item that is special and iconic to me when I think of my hometown — Pearl milk tea, blue & white slippers, poe divination, pork soup dumplings, sky lantern, Taipei 101, retro bags, mango shaved ice, tea, and CKS Memorial Hall.
I created/picked different typography styles to represent Taiwan’s spirit —embracing different cultures and people.
