Alien Alternative Film Poster.
The initial concept for this arose from the idea of designing a poster using the design ethos of another, in this case Jurassic Park! I'd always felt a little underwhelmed by the original poster, and while it maintains an element of surprise for those who hadn't seen trailers, toys, and other promotional items at the time, it's hiding one of the best cinematic monsters of modern times!
This was initially a Procreate sketch, which then turned into the poster design after some sketchbook doodling/brainstorming ( always carry a sketchbook kids! you never know when you'll need it!)
I later exported this to illustrator, Photoshop and added the film poster production details.
