La Plaza Andaluza se construyó hacia la primera mitad del siglo XX, y su nombre guarda estrecha relación con las formas y decorados presentes en ésta. Su planta es similar a la forma de la Cruz de Los Ángeles, consta de dos corredores que se unen en una pileta en forma de estrella tartésica, símbolo del culto al sol y noción de plenitud y regeneración, expresa la unión del cielo y la tierra, el contacto entre lo divino y lo terrenal. La estrella tartésica representa el nacionalismo andaluz. La estrella de ocho puntas es originaria de Andalucía y ha sido encontrada en diferentes yacimientos arqueológicos del período neolítico, representando la adoración solar. En la mitología musulmana representa a los cuatro ángeles mayores que sujetan el trono de Dios y en el catolicismo la estrella de ocho puntas es la Virgen de la Candelaria.

"La Plaza Andaluza" (The Andalusian square) was built towards the first half of the 20th century, and its name is closely related to the forms and ornaments present in it. Its structure is similar to "La Cruz de Los Angeles" (The Cross of the Angels), it has two corridors that converge in a fountain in the shape of a tartessian star , symbol of the worship to the Sun and notion of fullness and regeneration, it expresses the union between heaven and earth, the connection between the divine and wordly. The tartessian star represents the Andalusian's nationalism. The eight pointed star is original of Andalusia and has been found in different archaeological sites from the neolithic period, representing the adoration of the sun. In Muslim mythology, it represents the four main angels that hold the God's throne and in Catholicism the eight pointed star represents "La Virgen de la Candelaria" (Virgin of Candelaria).
