Strange Mercy
For Strange Mercy's Community Coloring Movement, a coloring-page-for-a-cause initiative. My work, together with works from other talented Filipino female artists, were made available as a coloring page for a limited time; all you had to do was place a donation to receive the download link. All proceeds were distributed to a local community group in Makati City, Philippines in need of food and other essential items during these trying times.
I wanted to highlight compassion as an essential during these times. No one was prepared for this global tragedy, and everyone was concerned about protecting and saving themselves. It was the start of the panic buying, supplies hoarding, and ignorance. As much as it is important to take care of ourselves (our first and foremost task!), it also our duty to take care of each other. Check your privilege, be compassionate, care about others.
