Visual Identity, 2020
O.P Guitars produces limited edition electric guitars from Swedish materials. The company was founded by Peter Wiklund and Olle Danielsson in 2016 from a shared obsession with the instrument, everything from how they look and feel to how they sound.
Peter, with a background as a visual artist, started designing and building guitars many years ago. His designs constantly challenge the idea of what an electric guitar can and should look like. This vision, combined with Olle's vast knowledge as a guitar player and teacher has resulted in great sounding electric guitars with a distinct visual expression. The duo later reached out to guitar builder Sebastian Lööf Nylin who has since then been in charge of re-fining and constructing the final instruments.
Studio Reko were commissioned to create the visual identity for the company ahead of the official launch in the fall of 2020.
