Battle of the Bar Bands is now in its 10th year. This is the first year I was asked to create a new design for the event. I submitted 10-15 designs using istock images I manipulated in illustrator and photoshop with several font styles and type manipulated in illustrator. Some of my favourites are posted here. The last one here is what they finally chose after numerous tweaks.
