Before summer ended. There were many irrigation canals near my office, and I missed them every time I passed them on a hot summer day.
It's basically the same procedure as painting with paint: make a palette of five to six colors, paint on top after you've applied the primer, and then just paint on top. If you're having trouble with placement, you might use the golden ratio, but I don't think this is the right way to do it either.
