Wiggle Gifs

For the wiggle gifs (I cannot remember the actual name for these) I used the same kind of idea that I had for the bobble head cinemagraph's, the idea was to have fun with props on objects in a setting that is a little more mundane and less exciting as the fictional worlds that the objects are replicated from. I like the three dimensional look that the wiggle gifs give when they are done well so I really wanted to play on that by having it look like the objects are jumping out at you like a 3D movie would, I think some are more successful at this than others but because I enjoy the wiggle gifs so much I cannot decide which of the four is my favourite. The set up for the wiggle gifs was another very simple process, the hardest part of the set up process was getting my sister to model for me. The taking of the pictures needed to create the effect is also another very simple task which involved taking four images of the subject with each shot being slightly moved to the right so we can get the wiggle effect, I took multiple sets of 4 shots of each item so that I could test them all and see which one ended up the best looking out of all the tries. After taking the images the next step was to upload all of the images to photoshop and begin the process of creating the wiggle gif which was made very easy by the handy tutorial provided which helped greatly! The process was so easy that after the first wiggle gif I did I no longer needed the tutorial to do the rest and each gif took a maximum of 5 minutes to make which was great as I was able to pick the best looking ones rather than just chucking in all of the gifs that I had made even if they weren't the best looking. I would absolutely love to do a whole series of this gifs using the many things that I have in my house and think it would be fun to be able to make a whole series of them as I really enjoy the process and the final outcome of this technique.
