Ubisoft 2018-2019: esports, gaming, social ecommerce

2018-2019 Ubisoft @ Chinajoy: For Ubisoft who publishes hit games like Just Dance, Assassin's Creed, Freaky Rabbids, Division 6 etc, Chinajoy is their key online-to-offline brand activation every year. For 2018, we came out the idea of creating a pocket universe where Ubisoft fans can take their love of Ubisoft games to the next level. For 2019, we came up with a fan economy platform where fans can decide what types of cosplayer roles, gaming jobs and performance arts that they want to do with the help of Ubisoft. We enhanced this gaming experience with esports, live performance, WeChat app and social commerce. Social commerce revenue grew by 100% to over 1 million RMB in sales. in 2020, it exceeded last year's sales volume by over than 50%. This was China's most prominent esports, gaming, social commerce and online-to-offline (O2O) project in 2018. Awards won:
