I was given this chart to redesign for the Northern California's non-profit, Legal Services of Northern California. I collaborated with the Rural Senior Project Coordinator and their team. They wanted to make sure to maintain a flow chart, but to have it organized and make better sense. 

Here are some notes focusing on the very surface level of the flow chart they previously had. Focused on the main and obvious problems that this flow chart had.

I made sure to incorporate illustrations that made it easier to understand for non-native English speakers. I also focused on incorporating the non-profit legal services color's into the design of the poster to make sure that they were cohesive.
