In 2017 my real connection with nature bloomed.
When I paddled for the first time, I didn't stop for straight 2 days, covering 40 km. And the bond that was built with the blues and the greens, it lives forever. We all collected trash while we paddled and a thought crossed my mind - Can kayaking and this connections be used to protect nature? And #paddletopreserve was born.
Muziris Paddle
Kerala hides so much more than we know. The backwaters, tea & coffee gardens, and wildlife are few of the things that everyone talks about. But, so much is yet to be explored. The lost port of Muziris, the oldest spice route, and the rich heritage deserves our attention. We partnered with Jellyfish Watersports to preserve the history along with the waters.
Chaliyar River Paddle
2 days, 40 km, and 100 people kayaking together to spread awareness about clean waters. A sport teaches so much to the kids. Life skills, survival skills and the most important of all preserving the planet. We invited city residents to be part of India's first Plastic -VE expedition - Chaliyar River Paddle.
