A história de uma princesa que já começa feliz. Ela é casada com um príncipe incrível, vive em um reino encantado e tem tudo aquilo que não pode faltar em uma típica história de princesa. Isso até ela perceber algo muito importante: em sua rotina, a Princesinha já não faz mais o que gosta. Ela já não veste mais as roupas que ama. Ela mudou amizades, comportamentos, hábitos… E tudo isso porque o Príncipe não gostava. Em uma jornada de autoconhecimento e amor-próprio, a Princesinha se vê diante de um jardim de ensinamentos, críticas, convites para resgatar a si mesma. O que faz a gente diminuir? O que faz a gente crescer? Entre altos e baixos, o que mais importa é a certeza de que nunca é tarde para se transformar na nossa melhor versão."
