Managed, planned, and developed the new website, including analysis of audiences and departmental information needs, project requirements, interface structure, wire-frames, graphic design, content management, database inclusion, and Section 508 compatibility. Project included development of .aspx pages utilizing master pages, controls, JavaScript, Flash video, and CSS in Visual Studio. Cross-browser and IE version testing. Created web forms and RSS feeds. Tracked users with Google Analytics. Site optimized for high search engine rankings by use of page titles, META tag descriptions, keywords, cross-linking, and HTML text headers. All coding was done in Visual Studio 2008.
