Presentation Specialist

Presentation Specialist with a Solid History of Success

I have been building high level presentations for over 20 years and clients and audiences have included a few well-known companies including adidas, Nike Golf, Fujitsu and more. Wether it's building a pitch deck for a new product launch, a sales event, annual conferences, or complex data-driven meetings which often include confidential investor-facing information, I consider each slide a design challenge and carefully consider how content, graphics, motion and other information intelligence can all help make the presentation more impactful.

Using all the tools in my design kit, I have brought liveliness, movement, and integrated short- and long-form video as part of the presentation design process, and when appropriate, I've even been able to add a touch of humor.

Most of the presentation decks I have produced for clients have been a part of major product launches, shareholder meetings, and conference room level affairs. Though many of the decks I have produced are protected under Non-Disclosure Agreements, there are a few I am able to share.

Roles: Creative & Art direction, Graphic Design & Production, Motion Graphics, Video Design, Editing and Production.
Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
Nike Golf PGA Show

Created from the ground up as a self-directed presentation delivered in interactive PDF distributed on CD, this presentation included high-resolution, press-ready product documentation, photography, tech/spec sheets and more for the 2004 PGA Show. I was instrumental in creating, and producing the entire deck, and also pioneering and implementing the delivery method for Nike Golf. Thousands of CDs were distributed worldwide. (Click / Tap to zoom in)
Nike Global Internal Sales Tool App Launch

Sometimes, all you need is a few minutes to sell an idea. This is an example of a piece that I helped create as a motion presentation. As well as shooting video, and producing animations, I also edited audio, and art directed much of the final results to get it this where it needed to be. There was also a long-form version of this presentation which I edited that included internal stakeholders discussing the app in detail.
Investor Facing Pitch Deck

Fully animated in order to make this highly complex informational pitch as easy to digest as possible, this is about as informationally dense, as I ever like to get. The initial deck was provided to me as a barebones text-heavy presentation, and through the development process I served as art director, designer, copywriter/editor, and producer.
Product Launch and Investor Pitch

During my time with this client, I produced a multitude of high-level decks that were provided to executives, marketing & sales departments, to pitch new products, successfully influence investors and to drive trade show events. Fully animated, and often distilling highly complex language into audience-oriented bytes, these were often challenging and fulfilling presentations. For many of these decks, I also created, produced, and integrated multiple animations and videos which included application prototype animations, and professional-level commercial like segments.
One more thing…

Presentations can show their age quickly as technology moves forward. Though I have literally hundreds of slides in my work archive, these few are representative of how good design practices transcend design trends.

Clean, concise, clear and sensible slides that tell a story will have an effect on your audience. These are principals I bring to presentations every time I take on a new deck.

In the end, the fewer bullet point lists you use, the better.
