Santo is a project that explores expanding an existing restaurant and it's unique personal touches into an airport concourse. Many airports are looking to expose national and international travelers to some of their best local dining opportunities. These restaurants elevate the air travel experience and give those passing through a region the chance to taste some of the best local cuisine. Marzo Taco is another example of this concept brought to reality by MARCH.
