Today in OctaChat exists a feature that allows the user to filter conversations to generate results in the interface that streamline their routine. There are many options like filtering by time period, conversation tags, channels (chat or whatsapp) and much more.

In addition to a filter, this feature also allows the user to search for specific content, through e-mails, phones, contact name or keywords.

After some conversations, a problem was identified. Many users confuse these two concepts and do not know exactly when to use one or the other.
