Together is an app for diabetics people to monitor their heartbeat. As heartbeat is one factor that indicates sugar level, this app can remind the user if there are any spike in their heartbeat. So users can take early precautions with their sugar level.

This app has two main functions. One is to monitor user’s average heartbeat using a wearable device within 10 minutes period. The other one is immediate access to 911 if user suddenly found in a precautious conditions
