Cacao Dorado makes high-quality artisanal chocolate bars. The name, which translated means "Gold cacao", is inspired by the Mayan civilization which valued cacao beans so much they used it as one of their currencies. The illustration also ties in with the name of the brand, as another Mesoamerican civilization, the Aztecs, believed that gold was connected to their sun god.
