About the artist –
Anita Yan Wong is an Asian American Artist and former Art Professor @ Maryland Institute College of Arts, Tyler School of Arts Temple University and School of Visual Arts, N.Y.C.. is now based in California, working as a full time artist and Faculty @ UC Berkeley San Francisco Extension. The artist is best known for her “Contemporary Traditional” paintings, her current works are featured on over 40 International art blogs, Hip cultural and traditional art magazines, including N.Y. arts; ESPN Disney Inc.; Flower Magazine; Works & Conversations Magazine cover story and book publications such as “Cats Rock felines in Contemporary art and pop culture”. MAHB, Stanford University and China Hands Yale University Magazine described her paintings as “Traditional art form that questions the modern minds.”.
