El proyecto se desarrolla en el marco de Estudio 3 con el foco en la exploración del ser humano. Para este, se tiene en cuenta la memoria natural como punto de partida que lleva a explorar procesos de cambio e introspección para un grupo de personas, que a su vez viene acompañado de un cambio en su contexto social.

En primer lugar, se formula una definición propia para el concepto de memoria natural, el cual acoge un grupo de personas que se desenvuelven en diferentes contextos. Posteriormente, se busca observar y comprender sus comportamientos y motivaciones mientras ejercen su oficio.

Para este proyecto se llevó a cabo un proceso de investigación cualitativa en el cual se observaron y entrevistaron diferentes actores para entender sus formas de vida, sus pensamientos, sus sentimientos y sus motivaciones de acuerdo con el concepto de memoria natural planteado.

Tras conseguir estos datos, se realizó un proceso de síntesis e interpretación que llevó al planteamiento de hallazgos y situaciones de valor a partir de las cuáles se crean oportunidades de intervención y proyectos de innovación.

Con la propuesta se espera que se realicen una serie de talleres mediante los cuales los clientes se acerquen y se involucren de una forma más íntima con las personas que trabajan la labor manual, entendiendo tanto su labor como el proceso que siguen para poder desarrollarla. De la misma forma, se espera que las personas se sientan suficientemente incluidas en el proceso de fabricación manual de un bien, logrando fortalecer así el vínculo que crean con dicho producto.

This project was developed within the framework of "Estudio 3", with human being as its focus. Natural memory is taken as the starting point that leads to the exploration of certain processes of change and introspection for a group of people, which in turn come with a change in their social context.

To begin with, the concept of natural memory gets defined, admitting groups of people from different backgrounds. Next, observations are made to understand their behaviors and motivations whilst they practice their trade.

This project entailed a process of qualitative research in which different actors were observed and interviewed in order to understand their ways of life, thoughts, feelings, and motivations according to the concept of natural memory as it was defined.

Having obtained the data, and through its synthesis and interpretation, findings and value situations were put forth whence opportunities for intervention and innovation projects were created.

This proposal is expected to result in a series of workshops through which customers may approach and become more intimately involved with the people who perform a manual labor, understanding not only their work but also the process they follow in its development. Likewise, it is expected to make people feel sufficiently included in the manufacturing process of a product, thus strengthening the bond they create with it.
