After designing the board in Rhino I made a former to cold press the veneers into shape.
The Laser cutter test. After some cutting and sanding and ride tests I started trailing design methods.
Final design made with student Holly Wilcox, using traditional marquetry techniques. Cut glued and ready.
With the help of a local company I vac pressed my veneer onto one of the decks I made.
