Real Salt Lake signs new player, Ricardo Juarez

SANDY, Utah (Friday, July 17, 2020)- Real Salt Lake has signed young midfielder Ricardo Juarez during the summer transfer window

"Ricardo is an exciting young midfielder who we have been watching for a long time. We believe that he should be able to make an impact on the field immediately," RSL General Manager Elliot Fall said. "At a young age, he has already lead the Argentine Primera División in scoring, so we should see fantastic results before we know it."

In his fourth year playing in the Argentine Primera División, he led the league in scoring. He led with 20 goals and ten assists in 17 games, earning him MVP for the season. RSL has been on the move with homegrowns and young players. RSL has played more young players than any other club in the last two seasons.

RSL looks forward to continuing the MLS season with the MLS is Back Tournament in Orlando, Florida this summer and aims to improve on its form from finishing third in the Western Conference last season.
