The brief
I applied for a scholarship at Shillington design school. As part of the application process they ask for a "creative" submission explaining why you'd be a great candidate. How would I stand out from the crowd?
The answer
After brainstorming and coming up with the obvious; I am an illustrator that is my USP. I went one step further because lots of people can draw, I drew on my experience of editorial illustration. So I broke up the submission questions and came up with visual metaphors. I envisioned it at first as a magazine but with research decided a website was probably a more fluid presentation.
