OFF THE GRID
For this student project, I created a cookbook for hikers and campers. It’s a small, packable book with recipes that use a minimal amount of gear, and require few ingredients. The book contains a waterproof cover for unpredictable weather conditions. Off the Grid encourages people to go out and adventure somewhere where cell service is limited, and to truly disconnect out in nature. The book was released exclusively for REI stores, and an event ticket was created for the book release at their flagship store.
