Door, the entrance of a house, is also the front-end of home security. Thanks to the maturity of IoT system, video doorbell started to take wider effect on people's life. It builds real-time connection between the host and visitors. Simple mechanism, huge impact on human life.
This project explores the security system of this simple product, trying to define SECURITY in a single product. Trying to treat this simple doorbell as the gate of a private house, as part of the decoration of the host's palace.
BRIEF
Cities like New York, Beijing, San Francisco, Shanghai accommodate a lot of people that are non-indigenous, many of them are living in apartments or shared houses. For those who don't have a family in the city, It creates a lot of mobility and uncertainty of their life, and inconvenience in their life.
