April 15, 2020 was the election day for the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. Before the election day, there were many political, economic, social and diplomatic issues. These issues affected each party's approval ratings, but the Korean government resolved them well. The ruling party maintained voter support by the election day, and the opposition party did not. As a result, the conservative parties seemed to merge or split.

As a result of the election, 180 of the 300 seats were elected by the Democratic Party of Korea. You can compare this with a cartogram based on the number of voters represented on the actual map.
